Atlassian Building Sydney – Reducing the Upfront Embodied Carbon by 50%
Construction of the 1.4 billion dollar, 39-storey Atlassian Headquarters at Sydney’s new innovation and Technology Precinct (Sydney Tech Central) is underway with an expected opening date of 2027. The Atlassian building is at the forefront of sustainable construction with an ambitious target reduction of upfront embodied carbon by 50%. Approximately half of the reduction will come from dematerialising the building and the other half will come from the use of low carbon construction products. This webinar discusses the innovative approaches undertaken to meet the sustainability targets. Marco Fadda and David Morgan, of TTW, will discuss the innovative design required to dematerialise the building.
