Member prices are only available to Members of the Concrete Institute of Australia.
Event Payments
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars $AUD via the online event registration page. Upon payment, the registrant forfeits the right for any entitlement to a refund however if a registrant is unable to attend an event, an alternative registrant may attend in their place. Registration and payment must be completed prior to the date of the event.
Changes to an Event
The Institute endeavours to deliver all events as advertised however there may be occasions when changes to the speakers, schedule or venue may be required due to circumstances beyond the control of the Institute. In these instances, all effort will be made to contact registrants to advise them of the changes in a timely manner. If these changes affect a registrant’s ability, or desire, to attend – a refund or credit may be applied but registrants must contact the Institute prior to the event to discuss options.
Event Cancellation
Should the Event be cancelled for any reason, the Concrete Institute of Australia advises that all registrants will be refunded their full registration fee within a seven (7) day period from the date of cancellation.
Covid-19 Policy
The Concrete Institute of Australia is constantly monitoring changes with respect to government and health advice on Covid-19.
In these uncertain times, there may be a requirement unexpectedly, for the Institute to postpone, cancel, or make modifications to an event due to sudden changes in Covid regulations. In these instances, the Concrete Institute of Australia will follow the terms and conditions outlined above.
Webinar Registrations
Registration is only available to individuals. The purchase of a Webinar is for use by the registered participant only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties.
If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the Webinar for which you have registered, you may submit your request in writing to cancel or transfer your registration.
If for any reason you do not provide us with the required notice or do not attend the Webinar, no refunds are payable and no changes to your registration will be accepted. We may review this policy in the case of special circumstances where sufficient evidence is provided.
Webinar Participation and Behaviour
Any views expressed by you during a Webinar must be your own. During a Webinar you must not behave in a manner or distribute any material which is abusive, defamatory, obscene, contrary to law or to the rights of any person. The Concrete Institute of Australia may remove you and any offending material from a Webinar and decline your future participation in Concrete Institute of Australia Webinars for any behaviour which the Concrete Institute of Australia considers contravenes this clause.
FREE Webinar for Professional & Young Professional Members in 1st Year
Professional and Young Professional Members receive a complimentary webinar in their first year of membership. This promotion is available for our fortnightly webinars held on a Thursday and others as deemed available for this promotion. If your promotional code is valid for the event, it will be accepted at the time of registration. It can only be used once, regardless of the value of the event.
