The Concrete Institute’s keystone publication, Concrete in Australia, is delivered to our Members on a quarterly basis.

Ranked with the Australian Government’s Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) and featuring peer reviewed technical papers, Concrete In Australia includes an assortment of industry news, projects, special features, industry and individual perspectives and discussions and updates on Institute activities.

Members of the Concrete Institute of Australia are able to access digital copies of our magazine through our viewing platform.

Our online viewing platform features a search engine, an archive of issues since March 2008 and a user friendly way of searching individual pages.

Submitting Technical Papers

Our publication provides a great platform for individuals to submit technical papers highlighting the latest in concrete research and innovation, or updates in the industry, from Australia or around the world.

Authors wishing to submit a technical paper to Concrete In Australia are encouraged to read the instructions for authors prior to submitting. For those wishing to submit technical papers, in addition to the guidelines, you will also need to download the Technical Paper Template.
