Concrete Floor Diaphragms for Seismic Loading

In this webinar, we invited Des Bull from Holmes Consulting and Andrew Emery from Northrop Consulting Engineers to present on the analysis and design of concrete floor diaphragms for seismic loading.
The presentation will include: an introduction to floor diaphragms and their importance to building stability, an overview of the AS3600 design code requirements, methods for calculating seismic diaphragm loads, diaphragm analysis methods, and a discussion of key diaphragm design areas that require special attention.
