It reviews the cost for Building Owners and Multi-residential Body Corporations for rectification of water leakages into storage cages, switch rooms, pedestrian slipping issues, damages to car paintwork and metal infrastructure from water leachate. It reviews construction methods to minimise risk and suggested remedial work plans.
Below Ground Waterproofing Solutions

Waterproofing below ground presents many challenges, with water ingress just being one, although a critical one.  Limiting the migration of water is a key part of reducing the risk.  This presentation we will look at how to provide solutions to reduce water migration as well as protecting joints.
