With the recent release of the revised versions of AS 3850: Prefabricated Concrete Element’s, Part 1: General Requirements, and Part 2: Building Construction, this presentation will look at what has changed and why. It will also touch on the work of National Precast’s new Engineering Group (NPEG), BD-02 Subcommittee SC3 relating to Prefabrication and some of the proposed changes to AS 3600, and implications from the NCC.
