Bridges resource bonanza

More than 140 technical papers on bridges are available for download to practitioners at no cost.

Presented by Austroads with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport South Australia, the 11th Bridge Conference in November 2022 hosted more than 120 international and national speakers who presented the technical papers.

“The publication of papers from this event represents a significant source of industry expertise and advancements in bridge engineering practice from practitioners from all over the world,” Austroads said in a statement.

Topics of the 146 technical papers presented in Adelaide include bridge analysis, design and assessment, and asset management. They also feature sustainability, life cycle cost and bridge technology.

The conference attracted more than 400 delegates from Australia and New Zealand in a diverse audience of bridge practitioners, material scientists, and structural engineers who shared their knowledge and experience.

The full collection of technical papers can be downloaded in two zipped folders or individually.
