The Concrete Institute of Australia strives to provide our members and the sector with quality professional development opportunities, benefits and services. As we are sure you are aware, the costs of delivering these services have increased significantly in the past couple of years due to inflation and rising operational costs.
From I January 2025, the Concrete Institute of Australia will be applying a small increase to both our Professional and Company Memberships.
Please be assured that this increase has been given much consideration to ensure we maintain affordability for our members whilst also meeting the increased operational costs.
In 2025, we will continue to provide local face to face technical seminars on various topics of interest and networking events that provide the opportunity to meet others in the industry that share your love of concrete.
There will be no increase to our Annual Sponsorship program or to our registration costs for seminars and events.
The new fees are:
Professional Membership | $340 |
Young Professional Membership | $180 |
Retired Membership | $60 |
Student Membership | $50 |
Platinum Company Membership | $13,500 |
Gold Company Membership | $8,000 |
Silver Company Membership | $5,750 |

The subscription to Australian Standards Online, available to our individual members as a Member Benefit, has also had a small price increase. The cost of the subscription is $350 (inc GST) per year and continues to be exceptional value for money. The CIA subsidises a portion of this subscription to ensure that it is accessible to as many of our Professional Members as possible.
The ACI-CIA Joint Membership will also increase to $220 (inc GST).
The new fees will be applied to all memberships and subscriptions due for renewal on 1 January 2025 and after.
