Urban Property Group’s Fitzwilliam Street Build to Rent scheme – two high rise towers (pictured) – in Parramatta has been approved by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. One tower will feature 713 residences while the second will be a hotel with 217 rooms.
