The ACT Government has announced that concrete has been poured for a new flyover and interchange on the Monaro Highway project and main construction for the Athllon Drive and William Hovell Drive road duplications will soon commence.

The 2026 Infrastructure Priority List (IPL) has been released by Infrastructure Australia. In response, CCAA has come out and warned that the IPL and IA’s latest Market Capacity Report show that supply of key construction inputs remains a “major risk to infrastructure delivery”, with industry identifying materials such as concrete, quarry products and steel as significant threats to project delivery.
