Implementation of the National Construction Code (NCC 2025) has been delayed by 12 months to 1 May 2027 in NSW to provide the state’s building industry more time to adjust to the new requirements and continue to construct new homes. The duplicated Mandurah Estuary Bridge (pictured) has been completed south of Perth and was recently opened to traffic. The project delivered a new two-lane bridge on the south side of the existing Mandurah Estuary Bridge.
