Event Summary
The benefits of gender diversity in the workplace have been researched, studied and reported and as momentum grows, businesses are seeing the rewards of implementing strategies and programs that increase the productivity of their teams, broadens the skillset and results in a stronger financial performance.
Our presenters in this webinar will discuss how challenging the stereotypes and encouraging women to pursue roles typically held by men will assist with improved performance, morale and the innovation that comes with different ideas and perspectives.
Our first presenter EM Professor Elizabeth Taylor AO's presentation is titled "Embedding diverse diversity within the workplace" and will discuss how acknowledging the importance of diversity is only the first step. Achieving 'real' authority, accountability and decision making equality within the workplace requires change. It is a difficult, complex journey that challenges us all.
