Design of Columns to AS 3600

In this webinar, we cover the design basics of columns to Section 10 of AS 3600 Concrete Structures. It includes updates to designing columns using high performance concrete, precast column design, precast column anchor design, and comparisons to other codes such as the American Concrete Institute.
It includes some practical application examples. In addition, it will also provide a brief overview of how to calculate the design actions required for column design (e.g. sub-frame assembly for gravity actions and design actions associated with lateral actions such as earthquake loads).
