Construction supporting WA locals

A WA construction company has launched a campaign to employ local individuals and businesses in construction work at multiple sites in the south-east of the state.

RJV, a 70-year old civil construction and mining contractor based in Perth, recently launched an initiative to support new residential communities by offering employment and partnership opportunities to individuals, subcontractors, and suppliers in the local government areas in which it has active earthworks and civil construction operations.

“We are seeking qualified personnel to fill permanent, full-time roles at our project and workshop sites in the cities of Wanneroo, Joondalup, Swan, Stirling, Fremantle, Cockburn, and Mandurah, RJV stated.

These roles include site supervisors, site civil engineers, HSEQ advisors, plant operators, drainers, labourers and HD and LV mechanics. The company said it is also “keen to hear from locally based subcontractors and suppliers registered in the same cities.

Contractors are required for concrete footpaths, kerbing, drainage and pipe laying, traffic management, asphalt, power installation and cabling, and stonemasonry.

Contact RJV for more information.
