Information sessions on courses focused on building and construction, and building surveying leading to qualifications will be held online in the coming weeks.
With construction booming and a shortage of skilled workers, now is a good time for young people who completed high school in 2025 to consider a career in construction.
Melbourne Polytechnic runs courses on building design, construction, and architecture that have been developed by industry and offer multiple pathways to a career.
Areas of interest include construction, project management, surveying, architectural drafting, design, administration, and building, with certificate IV, diploma, and advanced diploma qualifications on offer.
Online information sessions will be held at the end of March and early in April 2026 for:
Building and Construction – Tuesday 31 March 6pm
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
Diploma of Building and Construction
Building Surveying – Thursday 9 April 7pm
Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying
